Aurum Date Sugar is simply Tunisian Deglet Noor dates, dried and milled into a fine sweetener — one ingredient, nothing refined, nothing added. It keeps the fibre and rich, caramel-toffee character of the whole date, so you sweeten food the way nature intended.

Most date sugar is coarse and clumpy. Ours is milled fine and free-flowing — it measures, sprinkles and blends like sugar should.

Good to know: Date Sugar is whole fruit, not a refined crystal, so it will not fully dissolve in tea or coffee the way white sugar does. That is the fibre. Use it for baking, breakfasts and desserts, where it works beautifully.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and reseal the pouch after opening.
