These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Aurum Snacks website and your purchase of products from Aurum Snacks Pty Ltd (ABN 69 676 040 672) ("we", "us", "our"), based in Glenhaven, NSW, Australia. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter a binding contract.

2. Products, Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices, products and promotions may change at any time without notice. We take care to display products accurately, but packaging, colours and images are indicative only and may vary slightly. All products are subject to availability and we may limit quantities. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we may cancel or refuse the order, and will contact you and refund any payment made.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order you make an offer to purchase; a contract is formed when we dispatch your order. We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our discretion (including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock issues). Payment must be made in full at checkout. You warrant that the payment and delivery details you provide are accurate and authorised.

4. Food Products, Allergens & Storage

Our products are food items produced under certified food-safety standards (BRCGS, IFS). Allergen and ingredient information for each product is provided on its packaging. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please read the packaging carefully and contact us before ordering if you are unsure. Once delivered, you are responsible for storing products correctly and consuming them before the best-before date.

5. Health & Nutrition Information

Any nutritional, health or wellness information on our website or packaging is general information only. It is not medical or dietary advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Consult your doctor or dietitian before changing your diet, particularly if pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, or allergy-prone.

6. Delivery

We ship within Australia only. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery time frames are estimates only and not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery (or, where you select "authority to leave", when the carrier leaves the goods at your nominated address). You are responsible for providing a correct, complete delivery address. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Consumer Guarantees (Australian Consumer Law)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). For a major failure you are entitled to a replacement or refund and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy under the ACL. See our Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Except for liability that cannot be excluded under the ACL, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our total liability for any claim is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the products or paying the cost of re-supply, or to the price you paid for the relevant products; and (b) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, however arising.

9. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our website or products, or your provision of inaccurate information.

10. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, images, branding, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Aurum Snacks Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written consent.

12. Third-Party Links

We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third-party websites linked from our site.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

14. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, carrier disruptions, supply shortages, strikes or government actions.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version here. Continued use of the website or placing orders after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

16. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
