Common questions
What's the minimum order for a store?
One carton — and you can mix it across the range (dates, date sugar and date paste in the same box). It's the lowest-risk way to test Aurum on your shelf, and reordering takes a one-line email.
What bulk formats do you supply?
Pitted dates and date paste in 10kg cartons; date sugar in 10kg cartons containing two 5kg inner bags, so you can open one while the other stays factory-sealed. Pallet pricing tiers run through to full container programs.
Do you offer private label or retail packing?
Only for full-container programs. Our standard bulk offer is 10kg formats for distributors, manufacturers and food service; we do not offer small-run retail pouching.
Will your website undercut my shelf price?
No. aurumsnacks.au sells at full RRP, and our promotions are bundle- and shipping-based rather than price cuts. Protecting our stockists' margin is policy, not a promise.
How fast is delivery?
Retail-range orders dispatch from Norwest, NSW within 2 business days, Australia-wide. Bulk and container timelines are quoted at order, with year-round availability because we control production.
