Processing Time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, AEST). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping is based on the total weight of your order and costs the same anywhere in Australia.
- Up to 1.2 kg: Standard (Parcel Post) $10.95 · Express (Express Post) $15.95
- 1.2 kg to 3 kg: Standard $14.95 · Express $19.95
- 3 kg to 5 kg: Standard $18.95 · Express $23.95
- Over 5 kg: Standard $29.95 · Express $34.95
- Orders of $80 or more: Standard Shipping is a flat $9.95, whatever the weight

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
